Azadeh is a multilingual Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation fluent in English, German, and Farsi.
With over 4 years of experience, she specializes in coaching executives, leaders, and individuals for professional and personal development.
As an active faculty member at Coach Masters Academy (CMA), Azadeh delivers the Core and Advanced Coach Training, Supervision, and Mentoring Programs, supporting students in their certification and credentialing journeys.
Her passion lies in collaborating with executives, leaders, teams, and individuals to enhance career prospects and personal growth. Azadeh creates a focused space for clients to explore their goals, tapping into innate strengths and resources for achievement.

Lina Cherry, MCC, Training Director
Master Certified Coach
Lina is also a Master Certified Coach (MCC) and started her career in coaching by working with many private and corporate clients. She is the regional Training Director for the Middle East and the Gulf.
During this journey she worked with clients of all facets of life, partnering with them to enable them to experience powerful shifts in their thinking and inspire them to use their innate capacity to reach their goals.

Magda Tepoi, PCC, Training Director
Magda Tepoi, a PCC – ICF (Professional Certified Coach) and the Training Director for Romania, brings over 20 years of international relations experience. Notably, in 2002, she established the first Regional Chamber of Commerce in Romania and served as the permanent representative of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania to the European Institutions in Brussels for six years.

With a Ph.D. in International Economics Relations, Magda has merged her extensive experience with academia since 2000. She lectures on subjects like intercultural management, public speaking, international trade, negotiations, and entrepreneurial coaching.
Magda has been a sought-after speaker at international conferences and has conducted seminars for prestigious institutions such as the European Institute of Public Administration in Maastricht, Netherlands, and the Advancia Negocia Master in Entrepreneurship at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Paris, France. She has also shared her expertise with JADE – the European Confederation of Junior Enterprises and various universities in Romania, Turkey, and the Republic of Moldova, offering insights to business organizations and multinational companies globally.
Her clientele includes Microsoft, IBM, Coca-Cola, Eon, Saint-Gobain, Euler Hermes, Alliance Healthcare, Telekom, Accenture, Bitdefender, and more.
