Upon completion of the training, you will receive a professional coaching certification. As a graduate of the academy, you would have gained 60 hours of coach training and satisfied the requirements for credentialing that will enable you to apply for ICF Membership and Credential.
Structure of the Online Training Program
We offer our students a comprehensive instructional program that focuses on gaining a clear understanding of the concepts and being able to apply this learning practically.
We have been delivering online training since 2011. We have created a highly experiential online training that is truly interactive and engaging.
The program has been intentionally designed to offer an array of online learning environments; Virtual learning, practice sessions, interactive activities, break-out room discussions, and supervised coaching sessions. These all provide real-time, experiential learning experiences.
Maintains an optimal faculty-to-student ratio of 1 to 8. This allows for close supervision and at the same time provides you with many touch points to have close interactions with trainers and engage in deepened learning.
Upon completion of the program and requirements, you will receive an Internationally Recognised Professional Coaching Certification providing a pathway to the ICF ACC Credential.
